  • You can request a replacement or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligible reasons include:
    • Manufacturing defects or non-functioning devices.
    • Physical damage in transit (please report within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos).
    • Wrong product or wrong color/variant received.
    • Missing accessories or components.

To ensure a smooth pickup and replacement:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, user manual, and original retail packaging intact.
  • The product must be unused and free from user-induced physical damage, water damage, or scratches.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 24 to 48 hours of product pickup and quality check.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are credited directly to your preferred Bank Account or UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). Our support team will securely request your UPI/Bank details upon return pickup.
